See what your portfolio looks like when nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a working copy of Confirmed loaded with five fictional buildings — one healthy, one slipping, one that hasn’t started yet. Click into anything. Nothing here is real, and nothing you do will change it.
Access is granted per person and lasts seven days. We usually reply the same working day.
WHO YOU’RE LOOKING THROUGH
The same portfolio looks different depending on your seat.
Use the persona switcher in the banner at the bottom of the screen to change roles at any time. Access is enforced server-side — each role genuinely cannot see the others’ buildings.

Every building at once. Start here — it’s the view that shows portfolio-wide risk and which properties need attention this week.

Property Manager

Just the buildings they run. The day-to-day seat: chase the expiring document, upload the new certificate, close the gap.

Chief Engineer

A single building, on site. Narrow by design — the person walking the property doesn’t need the portfolio.
THE SAMPLE PORTFOLIO
Five buildings, chosen to show five different situations.
Each one is here to demonstrate something specific. Open them in this order and the product explains itself.
Lakeview Regional Hospital
Compliant
6 documents · 12 months of history
Joint Commission accredited
What good looks like — and the one that is surveyed. Every category current, score trending flat and high. Its survey window is already open, which is when an accredited building most needs its record to be provable rather than merely tidy.
Riverside Tower
Attention needed
6 documents · 2 expired
The interesting one. Two documents have lapsed and the score reflects it. Open the file drawer to see which categories are short and how the gap is surfaced rather than buried.
Gateway Surgical Center
Mixed
5 documents · 12 months of history
A partial record — some categories covered, others never filed. Shows how an incomplete building is scored differently from a non-compliant one.
Northgate Industrial
Mixed
4 documents · 12 months of history
Fewer required categories than an office tower. Requirements follow the building, not a single global checklist.
Millwright Commons
Attention needed
5 documents · 1 expiring · 1 failed
Onboarded last month, and already telling you something: a fire panel inspection came back failed with three findings, and an extinguisher certificate runs out inside a fortnight. A month in is usually when a building starts earning its keep.
Harborview Outlets
Pending
No documents yet
Day one of onboarding. This is what a building looks like the moment it’s added and before anything has been collected — deliberately empty, not broken.
WORTH OPENING
Four things people miss on a first pass.
Pick one.
How each property’s risk is scored
The score is a read on risk, not a count of paperwork. It weighs what is actually on file against what that building is required to carry, how current each inspection is, and how those inspections went — a clean test and a failed one with an open deficiency are not the same evidence, and a missing record is not the same as an expired one. That is what becomes the Low, Moderate or Elevated band you see across the portfolio. Twelve months of history sits behind every score, so open a property, find where the line moves, and the documents underneath will tell you what moved it.
Inspection
Deficiency
Task
Invoice closes it
From a lapsing inspection to a closed-out repair
An inspection is flagged while there is still time to schedule the next one — not after the certificate has already run out. Riverside Tower is what it looks like when that has been missed: two lapsed, and a score that says so.
The report itself is read as well, not just its dates. Deficiencies and violations are pulled out of the findings and raised as tracked tasks, each tied to the building and the system it belongs to, so what a vendor actually wrote down becomes something with an owner and a due date instead of a line on page nine.
Then the loop closes on its own. When the vendor’s invoice for that repair arrives, it is matched against the open tasks for that property and closes the ones the work resolved — so a fixed deficiency stops being open because the repair was paid for, not because somebody remembered to tick it.
Dates
Vendor & contact
Equipment & serials
Everything you send in is read automatically
Inspection reports, work orders, timesheets, warranties, maintenance agreements, certificates of insurance, invoices — each is read on arrival. Inspection and expiration dates, the vendor and their contact details, equipment counts and serial numbers are lifted off the document itself and filed against the right building and the right system, so nobody keys them in. Uploading is switched off in the demo, but everything you see on these properties arrived that way.
“Why did Riverside Tower drop?”
Put Building Intelligence to work
Building Intelligence is built into every property and reads the actual documents on file — not a summary of them. Ask it in plain language: which buildings are at risk, what expires next month, why a score dropped, what a specific inspection report really says. It answers here in the demo, so try it on Riverside Tower and ask why its score is where it is.
What’s switched off in here
This is a sandbox, so a few things are deliberately disabled. Everything else behaves exactly as it does in production.
Nothing saves. Approvals, edits, and settings changes are accepted by the interface and then discarded.
No email leaves. Reminder and report emails are generated but never sent.
Uploads are disabled. The documents you see were loaded when the demo was built.
It resets nightly. Whatever you explore, the portfolio is back to its starting state tomorrow.
Access is by request. We approve individually and send you a link that works for seven days.
Want to see this with your own buildings?
The demo runs on invented data. A trial runs on yours — we load a handful of your properties and their real documents, and you see these same views against buildings you actually manage. Not ready for that yet? Ask for a demo link instead and have a look around first.
